Testimonials from some previous private groups:

Group 5 people  from  Australia / Huayhuash trek said:
This was the first time that any of us had done a fully catered hike.  We were spoiled rotten, and loved it. You provide a first class service, which was obvious to us when we looked at the level of equipment and service provided to other groups we encountered. Many thanks for a wonderful experience. John, David, Kathy and Ian.

Dear Hisao, Eli, Mayumi and the whole Morales family. I am writing to you to say thank you once more for a great trek. I thought that the quality of service you gave us was excelent – the itinerary, the leadership, the food and it’s preparation, the arrieros and their hard work, the transport and the transfers …… I am hoping that some of us will return to climb Huascaran.  Salud, amor & Dinero – hasta la próxima ...  Chas and Mike.

Anne, a travel agent from Austria / organised a  Santa Cruz Ulta Trek + Ishicna & Tocllaraju climbing sent an email:
Dear Hisao, I hope you´re fine. Since a few days we are back from Peru , but our thoughts are still thereS.. We just would like to say THANK YOU again for a wonderful trip in the Huaraz region. We really enjoyed our time there and Eli and Rodolfo have been the best guides we could have wished for! Everything was well organized and the food on your trek was the best we got during our trip in Peru! Cesar is really a very good cook :-) Anne, if you read this, thank you too for all the details you gave us before we started our trip. As I already told you, because of my job here at home I really know what it means to give all those details and to reply every stupid question ;-) I know how much work it means and we really appreciate your support during our trip-preparations. We are looking forward to working with you in the future!!!

Peruvian Andes Adventures was conducting several treks simultaneously but we felt we were the most important group. From the owner, Hisao, our guides and crew, Anne, Mijumi, Maria and Jose to our donkey drivers, Xavier and Jose the emphasis was on making us feel welcome in their beautiful country and everything was done to give us the very best experience. We thank you for making this marvelous adventure possible, and look forward to returning someday to Peruvian Andes Adventures and another trek. Anne was an excellent guide and assisting her and responsible for meals were Majumi and Maria and Jose. We felt well taken care of from the beginning – our health and well being were paramount. Anne’s advice on when to ride the horses, to take a day hike to acclimatize, breathing and conserving strength at altitude was practical and well taken. Maria and Mijumi had helpful tips for riding that horse. The donkey drivers and Jose worked hard setting up camp, tents with our thermorests were always ready when we came into camp. Hot water for washing was available morning and afternoon and greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for everything you did. Everyone agrees it was the best trek ever and we all want to come back. Best regards, Rosalie.

Music, Dinner and fun!

Finish your cultural experience in Huaraz with a relaxing evening entertainment. We can organise for your group an evening of traditional music, with a local group playing local folk music. Relax with a delicious dinner, some beer or wine and an evening of delightful music.

Available in Morales Guesthouse and the San Sebastian Hotel.

Music-Birthday

For groups staying at Morales Guesthouse, we can also prepare a special dinner with a traditional and favourite local Huaraz meal – the PACHAMANCA or CUY.

Pachmanca means “earth oven” and the meal features delicately spiced pork and chicken wrapped in leaves, along with different varieties of sweet potato and corn baked by hot rocks in an earth oven dug into the ground. The rocks are super heated by a fire lit inside the oven, and then the fire is extinguished and the wrapped food is placed on the hot rocks and then covered to bake. An absolutely delicious meal!

CUY is the typical and famous Peruvian delicacy of guinea pig. Many of your clients will have heard of the Peruvian dish CUY and will like to try it.

VEGETARIAN or FISH options are available for people who do not eat meat.
